“Parma are the club who really wanted me here and pushed hardest for me to accept. The club has a great history and my family loves the city. I could not have chosen better.”
Gargano spent last season on loan at Inter, so is reunited with Antonio Cassano at the Stadio Tardini.
“Cassano is a great player, but I’m happy to meet up with so many old friends here.”
