New Napoli coach Rudi Garcia is reportedly looking towards France for reinforcements, setting his sights on RC Lens defender Kevin Danso and LOSC striker Jonathan David.

The tactician was presented at a press conference today with President Aurelio De Laurentiis as the heir to Scudetto winner Luciano Spalletti.

Kim Min-jae is on the verge of a move to Bayern Munich, which is believed to include the release clause plus a €15m signing-on fee for his agents.

A replacement is necessary in defence and numerous options have been mentioned in the media, but Sky Sport Italia add 24-year-old Austria international Danso.

The RC Lens centre-back was already linked with Milan in the past and is now on the Napoli list too.

Transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio also notes that should Victor Osimhen move on, then Garcia would like LOSC forward David to fill the role.

He is a Canadian international who scored 24 goals in 37 Ligue 1 appearances this season.
