Insults continue to rain down on Pallotta after he condemned offensive banners aimed at Antonella Leardi – the mother of murdered Napoli fan Ciro Esposito – and refused to appeal a ban on the Curva Sud.
The response has been for ultras to place numerous insulting signs about President Pallotta and threaten a boycott.
Today Coach Garcia was asked about the increasingly tense situation.
“I prefer to play with a full stadium, as not having the Curva Sud is obviously a disadvantage and not a nice thing to see.
“I have already explained that Roma is not just players and Coach, but also directors.
“The President has done everything for Roma and we need strong solidarity with him. The President is a blessing for Roma.
“He fights hard to lift the club colours high. He is not the one responsible for the ban.”
