Roma Coach Rudi Garcia has reportedly commented that the Giallorossi are interested in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The 19-year old Frenchman has been increasingly linked with the capital club, and he confirmed over the weekend that he had held talks in the summer.

Whilst those negotiations broke down, speculation continues to link Roma with the youngster, and SportMediaset are carrying quotes from the Coach on the matter.

“Rabiot is a player we like, I think that from January he may decide what to do,” Garcia is listed as saying on the player also attracting interest from Arsenal.

“We are always interested in quality players. Some are accessible, others less so. Until January he will remain at PSG, but after that…”

According to SportMediaset, PSG have recently offered Rabiot a new contract, with the idea of then sending the youngster to Ajax on loan, but this has been turned down.

Roma are believed to be offering between €5m and €6m for a January purchase, whilst PSG are seen as asking for more through certain bonuses and clauses to be included.
