Adriano Galliani denied Arsenal bids for Mario Balotelli, commented on Mimmo Criscito, Robinho and Alessio Cerci.

The Milan CEO spoke to reporters ahead of today’s friendly match against Monza, as there is expected to be a dinner meeting to discuss transfers with Coach Pippo Inzaghi and President Silvio Berlusconi later.

“I can deny reports of an Arsenal offer for Balotelli, we haven’t received anything,” assured Galliani with regards to English media’s €20m suggestions.

“We are in negotiations with Orlando City for Robinho, but there is still a big distance between our positions.

“We’ll meet with Robinho tomorrow and see if the figures match up for a six-month loan in Brazil and then Orlando.”

Zenit St Petersburg defender Criscito said this week he was flattered by Milan interest and favourable to a move, but Galliani seemed to shut the door.

“We were pleased to hear his comments, but there is no news to report. Besides, we have too many defenders as it is.

“Cerci? He is a Torino player and about to start pre-season training with them.”
