Milan's joint-CEO Adriano Galliani will reportedly meet full-back Pablo Armero to discuss the player's possible transfer to Genoa.
The Rossoneri and the Grifone are believed to have a deal over the Colombian's transfer, but the player is reportedly reluctant to accept the move.
This also blocks the possibility of an exchange between Armero and Luca Antonelli, the Milan youth product currently playing for the Rossoblu.

Sky Sport 24 reports that in order to unblock the situation, Galliani will be meeting the 28-year-old to discuss the transfer situation this evening.
Meanwhile, Milan Channel state that the Antonelli transfer is not finalised yet, and that a swap involving Armero may or may not be arranged depending on the player's decision.
Should the Colombian not agree to the transfer, the deal for Antonelli will be arranged independently.
