“There are negotiations with Liverpool for a loan, but we have not reached an agreement on wages,” Milan CEO Galliani told Mediaset Premium.

“We want a loan with a portion of the wages paid by us and another portion by Liverpool.

“We want Balo because we are convinced this lad realises that this is absolutely his last chance. I hope he understands that.”

They turned to SuperMario after running into difficulties with first target, PSG star Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

“Ibrahimovic is a dream, but it’s ultra-difficult and it always was. I think Paris Saint-Germain will keep him in the end.”

Galliani also commented on the offer to Sampdoria for midfielder Roberto Soriano.

“We made an offer yesterday and if Sampdoria don’t change their mind then we won’t get anyone else. In fact, if Soriano does arrive, then another midfielder has to go.”
