Roma’s 2023-23 home kit has been unveiled and features inspiration from the club crest of the 1930s and a message to the people of the Eternal City.
The New Balance-made strip was revealed on Thursday and can be pre-ordered through Kitbag here. The Elite version of the shirt will ship on or before July 1, while the regular version will ship on or before June 24.
Roma say the design is a ‘celebration of neoclassicism and modernity’ and the print on the shirt is inspired by the club badge of the 1930s. The shirt, meanwhile, carries the motto Figli di Roma on the back of the neck. Translating to Sons of Rome, the message is intended to illustrate the relationship between the club, the city and anyone who wears the shirt.
Roma will wear the kit against Venezia on May 14, their final home game of the 2021-22 season.
