Galatasaray raised their offer to free agent Andrea Belotti and promised a signing-on fee too, but the striker continues to wait for Roma.

According to Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà, the Turkish giants have not given up on the Italy international, who is without a club after allowing his Torino contract to expire.

Belotti already turned down several proposals and Galatasaray have today improved their terms.

It is believed to be a salary worth €4.5m per season, plus a signing-on fee to sweeten the deal for the 28-year-old.

However, the response was the same, that Belotti has agreed terms with Roma and is waiting for them to clear out one of their forwards in order to sign him.

Il Gallo is prepared to hold on and sign a contract worth far less than the terms on offer from Galatasaray.

Valencia had also shown an interest, but Belotti seems to have made up his mind.
