Fiorentina striker Luka Jovic could be moving on already this summer with reports of a proposal worth €8m from Galatasaray, though Real Madrid would get half of it.

The centre-forward arrived a year ago in a curious deal that saw him move to the Stadio Artemio Franchi for free, but with Real Madrid to receive 50 per cent of the sell-on fee.

It was quite a gamble for a player who was signed from Eintracht Frankfurt for €63m in 2019 and who failed to make an impact in Spain.

He had a decent season with the Viola jersey, scoring 13 goals and providing five assists in 50 competitive games, which saw them reach the Finals of the Coppa Italia and the Europa Conference League.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Galatasaray are preparing an offer worth €8m to snap up Jovic, with a three-year contract that would give the Serbia international circa €3m per season.
