Roberto Gagliardini’s time with Inter is drawing to a close after almost six years and he’s reportedly set to depart the club in January.

The 28-year-old Italian midfielder joined the Nerazzurri from Atalanta in January 2017, impressing enough on loan to earn a €20m move the following summer. He has featured heavily for Inter in the five years since but started to slip down the hierarchies under coach Simone Inzaghi, featuring less and less.

As reported by Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Gagliardini is expected to leave Inter in January, six months before his contract expires, with multiple clubs emerging to register their interest.

Cremonese have started to increase the pressure in recent days and seem ready to make an offer in January, whilst Sevilla also seem keen to add the 28-year-old to Jorge Sampaoli’s squad.

Gagliardini has made 170 appearances across all competitions for Inter since his arrival in January 2017, scoring 16 goals and providing nine assists in that time.
