Gabriel Barbosa's return to Santos from Inter will reportedly be formalised by Thursday.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio's website, an agreement has been reached for Gabigol to terminate his loan spell at Benfica and re-join Santos “on a temporary basis”.
Although Di Marzio does not clarify the length of his move back, Premium Sport reported last week that the Brazilian side would pay €1.5m to loan him for 18 months.

The 22-year-old scored 56 goals in 154 appearances for Santos, prior to his €29.5m transfer to the Nerazzurri in the summer of 2016, which saw him net just once in nine games.
