However, he has played just 26 minutes in two substitute appearances so far, and this week it was reported that his relationship with the club has totally broken down, so he’ll return to San Siro in January.
There’s no place for the 21-year-old in the Beneamata squad, so owners Suning Group wanted to send him to Jiangsu Suning, the club they own in the Chinese Super League.
According to UoL Esporte though, Gabigol isn’t keen on moving to the Far East, and he’s pushing for a return to his homeland.
Santos, Sao Paulo, Flamengo and Cruzeiro are all thought to be interested, but they’d have to find an agreement with Inter, who don’t want to take a huge loss on Gabigol.
