Manolo Gabbiadini looks certain to complete a move to Napoli, with reports this evening suggesting personal terms have been agreed.

As earlier reports had suggested, representatives from Napoli met with the Sampdoria striker’s agent Silvio Pagliari in Rome today in an effort to thrash out a contract for the Italian international.

The Gazzetta dello Sport reports tonight that an agreement has been reached between the two parties, with sporting director Riccardo Bigon representing the Partenopei.

The club are expected to have offered a salary of around €1.5m to convince the player to move to Naples, a marked increase on his €600,000 wage at Samp.

Gabbiadini is co-owned by Juventus and Sampdoria, with both clubs set to split a reported fee of €11m plus €2m in bonuses if the 23-year-old completes his move in January as expected.
