With the end of the 2021-22 Serie A season only hours away, various clubs are preparing to change coaches and some familiar faces ready to make their return.

The final day of the season is tense for teams both fighting for the Scudetto and desperately pushing to avoid relegation; only two points separate league leaders Milan from challengers Inter, and the same advantage held by great escapees Salernitana over relegation candidates Cagliari. Regardless of the results today, some coaches will be replaced as clubs look for something new ahead of the 22-23 season.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Hellas Verona plan to dismiss Igor Tudor and current Udinese coach Gabriele Cioffi could arrive in his place. Tudor could then move onto Bologna, who are preparing to welcome new sporting director Giovanni Sartori this week.

Despite steering Spezia away from relegation, Thiago Motta still seems destined to lose his job and Andrea Pirlo is currently the favourite to take over, with Luca Gotti being the main alternative.

Former teammates Pippo Inzaghi and Gennaro Gattuso are competing to take over at newly promoted Cremonese, and Fabio Pecchia could be given the job at Udinese.
