After deciding not to sign Romelu Lukaku this summer, Inter have now turned their attention to multiple other strikers like Folarin Balogun and Alvaro Morata.

The Nerazzurri had reportedly readied a €40m total bid to Chelsea for the Belgian striker but decided to pull out of the race, unhappy with his negotiations with rivals Juventus and his recent distance from the club.

Inter are now on the hunt for a new striker, wanting to bolster Simone Inzaghi’s attack ahead of the coming campaign.

As detailed by Sky Sports Italia pair Matteo Barzaghi and Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter have four strikers in particular who they are considering making a move for this summer.

The first of these is Balogun, who is their preferred option. The 22-year-old shined on loan for Stade Reims last season and is expected to leave Arsenal this summer.

Also on the list is M’Bala Nzola, who would be a far cheaper option following Spezia’s recent relegation. He has netted 26 goals in 77 Serie A appearances, making him an interesting option.

Inter are also considering moves for Atletico Madrid’s Alvaro Morata and Porto’s Mehdi Taremi, both appreciated for their experience and ability to make an immediate impact.
