“Europe is a difficult target to reach and we all know that,” the Frenchman told Il Secolo XIX. “However, that is our objective – if not this season then next.”
The former Inter custodian moved to Marassi in the summer after he was told to find a new club by Fiorentina.
And he seems more than happy with his choice of a transfer.
“Every time that we step on to the field at the Stadio Ferraris, we see a full stadium which fires us up,” he continued. “That’s something very special.”
