Serie B side Genoa are reportedly on the list of clubs that free agent Adnan Januzaj is considering joining this summer.
The 27-year-old Belgian winger is currently unattached after his contract expired with Real Sociedad last month, prompting him to find a new home. Januzaj spent five years in Spain and is now keen for a new adventure.
As highlighted by Calciomercato.com, Genoa are interested in signing Januzaj and the 27-year-old is open to the move, even if the club are currently in Serie B. He’s also reportedly generated some interest from Premier League clubs but no concrete offers have arrived yet.
Updates are expected in the coming weeks, with the former Manchester United winger keen to find a new club before the end of this month.
During his five years with Real Sociedad, Januzaj made 168 appearances across all competitions. In that time, he scored 23 goals and provided 21 assists, helping the side win the Copa del Rey.
