Roma have unveiled their new away kit for 2021-22, drawing ‘inspiration from the club’s design for the 1978-79 season’.
The Giallorossi have announced the new away kit for the upcoming season, starting with a trip to Turkey against Trabzonspor in the UEFA Europa Conference League on Thursday.
The club has revealed all-white kit with Giallorossi sleeves with with a red NewBalance logo and digitalbits sponsor on the chest.
“The new shirt draws inspiration from the club’s design for the 1978-79 season, which marked the beginning of one of the most successful chapters in the club’s history,” a statement on ASRoma.com said.
“Mirroring the atmosphere of the Curva Sud and its sea of flags and banners – the away strip’s colour palette is the heartbeat of the Stadio Olimpico.”
