Roma are close to finalizing the return of Chris Smalling in the Capital and according to Sky Sport Timothy Fosu-Mensah is expected to follow his team-mate at the Stadio Olimpico.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Smalling will sign a new € 3 million-a-year deal with Roma and the Giallorossi will play € 15 million to have him back at the club after his brilliant first season in Serie A. Smalling is not going to feature in tomorrow’s Udinese clash but Paulo Fonseca will count on him starting from after the International break.

Fosu Mensah, 22, is expected to join the Serie A giants on loan. He returned to the Old Trafford in the summer after spending the last season on loan at Fulham.
Roma are also welcoming a new striker in the Capital with Borja Mayoral who has just arrived from Madrid and his ready to undergo his medical tests and sign for the Giallorossi.
