Paulo Fonseca insists he is constantly in contact with Milan directors: ‘It’s difficult for me to talk about this.’

Milan have had a tough start to the season, with just two points in three games. Fonseca is under pressure, but it’s not the only person blamed by fans and media.

A recent report from La Repubblica suggested that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not a regular at Milanello, but Fonseca feels the support from the ex-striker and all Milan directors.

“It’s even difficult for me to talk about this,” Fonseca said at a press conference on Friday.

“We are in contact daily, either here, by phone or at dinner. It’s hard to understand how this news emerges because we are always in contact.”

Fonseca added that “all coaches are under scrutiny” and insisted that he’s working hard to solve Milan’s problems. Click here to read every word the Portuguese said on the eve of a Serie A match against Venezia.
