Youssouf Fofana is undergoing medical examinations with Milan and has reportedly picked the shirt No.29 at San Siro.
Fofana is on the verge of completing a permanent €25m transfer from Monaco to Milan.
The France international landed in Italy on Friday evening and is currently undergoing medical tests with the Rossoneri at the Madonnina Private Clinic.
Calciomercato.com reports that the deal is worth €20m plus €2m in easy-to-achieve add-ons and €3m in performance-related bonuses that will be more difficult to achieve.
Fofana undergoes Milan medical: squad No. revealed
The Italian outlet claims that Fofana has picked the squad No. 29.
The 25-year-old will sign his contract with Milan today and will be unveiled at a press conference at 14:30 CET.
He will be at San Siro tonight to watch the Rossoneri’s first game of the season against Torino.
Paulo Fonseca said on Friday that Milan would not welcome any other player after Fofana, their fourth summer signing.
