Roma starlet Alessandro Florenzi warns the Under-21 Euro play-off with Sweden is “two years worth of work in two games.”

The first leg is at Pescara’s Stadio Adriatico on Friday, followed by the decider in Sweden next Tuesday.

“It is a fundamental appointment,” he told his Italy teammates. “We’ve got to give it everything we’ve got, because this is two years worth of work in two games.

“Sweden are a tough side who do not allow you to play well. Over the next few days we will further study them in detail and try to make the right adjustments to hit their weaknesses.

“We reach this test with the right determination, must play our football and I expect great support from the crowd in Pescara.”
