Alessandro Florenzi could complete his move to Milan over the next 48 hours, with reports they are closer to a deal for the Roma right-back.

It is due to be a loan with option to buy, but the clubs must still figure out the details of what conditions would make this an obligation to make the move permanent.

According to multiple sources including Sky Sport Italia and Sportitalia, more talks took place today and they are edging closer to a total agreement.

Agent Alessandro Lucci is working with both Milan and Roma to get the deal done as soon as possible and tomorrow could be decisive.

Florenzi had loan spells at Valencia and Paris Saint-Germain, so the Giallorossi now want some guarantees he will be sold outright next summer.

At the same time, Milan are eager for a loan with option to buy, although they can come together to agree on certain conditions to make the move permanent.

That could include Champions League qualification.
