Negotiations between Inter and Flamengo are believed to be reaching their conclusion for Brazilian striker Gabigol, states Sky Sport Italia.

The 23-year-old had spent the last year on loan at the Brazilian side, and played an instrumental part in their Copa Libertadores success, scoring both goals in the final against River Plate.

Gabigol had been linked with a move to England, with West Ham at one time thought to be interested.

However Sky Sport Italia claims that an agreement between parent club Inter and Flamengo is close.

It’s believed that the Brazilian side’s offer is €15m plus €3m in bonuses, with Inter also receiving 20% of any future sale.

Gabigol has already agreed personal terms with Flamengo.

Inter signed the striker from Santos in 2016, but struggled in Italy, and only scored once in nine Serie A games.
