There can be no doubting the commitment of Lucas Torreira, as the Fiorentina midfielder – on loan from Arsenal – kept playing against Inter after losing a tooth.
The Uruguay international had opened the scoring at San Siro, but then suffered a knock to the face.
It didn’t seem too serious at the time, but it became evident in the final minutes of the match he had a cotton swab in his mouth.
When it fell out of his mouth, you could tell there was a tooth missing.

Despite that, Torreira carried on playing and helped Fiorentina earn a 1-1 draw.
DAZN also caught footage of Torreira calmly walking over to the touchline to get the swab and handing over his front tooth to the kitman.
Inter fall behind again 😪
