Fiorentina reportedly remain optimistic that they can secure goalkeeper Kamil Grabara from FC Copenhagen and Dinamo Zagreb defender Josip Sutalo, but Spezia are asking too much for M’Bala Nzola.

The Viola need to reinforce the squad after they were promoted to a place in the Europa Conference League, as a result of Juventus being excluded by UEFA for financial irregularities.

They are looking for a new shot-stopper and the first choice remains Grabara, the 24-year-old Poland international who came up through the Liverpool youth academy.

Sky Sport Italia also note that Fiorentina are progressing in talks with Dinamo Zagreb for defender Sutalo, who seems open to the potential transfer to Serie A, but also has interest from the Premier League.

However, when it comes to bolstering their attack, Fiorentina are less confident in the approach for Nzola, as the asking price remains €15m.

The Angola international scored 15 goals and provided three assists in 34 competitive games for Spezia last season, but was unable to prevent their relegation to Serie B.
