Fiorentina President Mario Cognini confirms Giuseppe Rossi and Mario Suarez “will only leave on loan if we find replacements.”
The Viola are only one point off Serie A leaders Inter going into 2016, but have some players unhappy at the lack of space.
“Pepito Rossi is very eager and cares about Fiorentina a great deal,” Executive President Cognini told the Corriere Fiorentino newspaper.

The Viola are only one point off Serie A leaders Inter going into 2016, but have some players unhappy at the lack of space.
“Pepito Rossi is very eager and cares about Fiorentina a great deal,” Executive President Cognini told the Corriere Fiorentino newspaper.
“His current situation should also be understood and if he does go to play elsewhere, it’ll only be because we think he can find himself again and in future help Fiorentina.
“There is one condition, though. In order for this to happen, we need to ensure Fiorentina do not lose balance in that area. If someone leaves, then another player must arrive.
“Is there a player who is ready to go and fits the bill? Are there clubs willing to release one of their first choice players to reinforce an opponent?
“The exact same situation is in play with Mario Suarez.”
Fiorentina laughed off Bayern Munich interest in Federico Bernardeschi.
“He is the prototype Fiorentina player. He grew up with us and today is a great professional who knows what this jersey represents.
“He recently renewed his contract and I don’t even take the transfer rumours into consideration. He will be very important for the future of Fiorentina and we cannot lose our young talents.
“Let us at least enjoy the fruits of our labour in the youth academy.”
