Fiorentina have lost Antonin Barak for Sunday’s Serie A clash with Juventus, but Gaetano Castrovilli returns.

It kicks off on Sunday at 17.00 GMT at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin.

Coach Vincenzo Italiano is already forced to reshuffle, because defender Igor and former Juve midfielder Rolando Mandragora are both suspended.

When the squad list travelling to Turin was released, a name notably absent was ex-Hellas Verona midfielder Barak.

He has been ruled out by a last-minute injury sustained during training and will not even make the trip to sit on the bench.

The good news for Italiano is that Castrovilli returns to the bench following a calf issue, having recently made his comeback from a serious knee injury he suffered in April 2022.

Fiorentina squad for Juventus: Amrabat, Bianco, Biraghi, Bonaventura, Brekalo, Castrovilli, Cerofolini, Dodo, Duncan, Nico Gonzalez, Ikone, Jovic, Kouame, Martinez Quarta, Arthur Cabral, Milenkovic, Ranieri, Saponara, Sirigu, Terracciano, Terzic, Venuti
