Torino are, according to the report, not prepared to listen to offers below €70m, hoping to scare off possible suitors, as the former Palermo forward is contracted to the Granata until June 2022.

He arrived for €8.5m in 2015 and has been a consistent member of a turbulent side, scoring 85 goals in 179 games since his move from Sicily.

The newspaper claims Fiorentina are trying to lower the price but are still interested in the forward, who has been capped 27 times by Italy.

It doesn’t seem like Fiorentina are completely convinced about Patrick Cutrone, as Krzysztof Piatek has emerged as a second option for sporting director Daniele Prade.

Hertha BSC signed the Poland international for €24m in January and Fiorentina have allegedly been in touch with the German side, to see if the 24-year-old could become available this summer.
