The left-back is left out of the Viola starting XI against Monza in today’s Coppa Italia Third Round match.
“When a club like Inter make an offer for Biraghi, we could not help but evaluate it,” Antognoni told Rai Sport.

There had been reports of a deal involving cash plus a player in exchange, although Dalbert preferred a return to Nice and the Nerazzurri did not want to let Matteo Politano go.
Instead, it looks as if Dalbert will be sold outright to Nice, raising the cash required to pay for Biraghi.
