Fiorentina have dismissed suggestions that the club will be sold after links with Red Bull emerged.
The soft drinks giants, who are dominating this year's Formula One, were linked with the Viola today after previous associations with Torino.
However, the club, run by the Della Valle family, have reacted quickly to silence the speculation.
"Fiorentina declare that the rumours suggesting that a third party was to buy the club are to be considered as totally unfounded and ridiculous," read a statement.
