According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Fiorentina have opened talks with Andrea Cistana’s agent and could sign Stefano Sensi on loan with an obligation to buy.

La Viola have begun their pre-season this week under their new coach Vincenzo Italiano.

They have already signed Nico Gonzalez from Stuttgart, but President Rocco Commisso wants to bring more new faces to the Artemio Franchi.

The Rome-based paper reports Cistana, 24, is a target for the Tuscans and his agent was spotted at the club’s training ground yesterday.

Nikola Milenkovic and German Pezzella’s contracts expire in June 2022 and at least one of them could leave in the summer transfer window, being replaced by the Brescia defender.

Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi has also emerged as a concrete target for La Viola.

Simone Inzaghi does not want to sell him, although Sensi is not at the top of his pecking order. For this reason, the Serie A champions could agree to sell the Italian midfielder on a €3m loan with an obligation to buy in the region of €12m.
