There is a goalkeeper merry-go-round in progress, as Brentford want Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, so Torino and Fiorentina fight for Atalanta’s Pierluigi Gollini.

Toro and the Viola seem to be clashing for several targets on the transfer market this summer, as they have similar plans for reinforcement.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Milinkovic-Savic – the younger brother of Lazio midfielder Sergej – is no longer a Fiorentina option, but is instead in talks for a move to Premier League side Brentford.

If that does go through, then the Viola and Torino will both be aiming for Gollini, who is owned by Atalanta and just returned from a season-long loan at Tottenham Hotspur.

The 27-year-old has also been linked with Napoli and is under contract with La Dea until June 2024, so could move on loan with an option to buy.

Torino and Fiorentina battled this week for Juventus midfielder Rolando Mandragora, the Tuscans seemingly coming out on top for €8m.
