Fiorentina have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Arthur Cabral from Basel for €14.5m plus €2m add-ons. The 23-year-old will replace Dusan Vlahovic.

Sky Sport Italia reports the Brazilian striker is on the verge of moving to the Stadio Artemio Franchi after Fiorentina and Basel reached an agreement over his transfer fee.

Cabral has scored 14 goals in 18 Super League games this season and has 27 goals in 31 appearances across all competitions.

According to the report, Fiorentina will pay up to €16.5m, including add-ons to secure his services.

Basel will earn €70% of the fee while Cabral’s former clubs in Brazil, Palmeiras and Cearà, will get 15% each.

Cabral has already said goodbye to his teammates in Basel and will sign a contract until 2027 at the Artemio Franchi.

Fiorentina had already signed Krzysztof Piatek from Herta Berlin on loan with an option to buy for €15m.

The Poland international scored his first Fiorentina goal on his debut against Napoli in Coppa Italia.

They will replace Dusan Vlahovic who is set to join Juventus for €75m.

  1. And what was a the fuss about stealing players from Fio omg they got 75 million and getting an ideal replacement who has got an excellent goal ratio like Vlac for only 15 million Woww
What good business Fior hats good to you
Shame Juve have to pay that sum get a striker and do same business or buy free buys with big wages

  2. I also think fiora will do good enough with Cabral and Piatek in place of Vlaho, juve now need to think how to mwke center midfield working, and selling bentancur and arthur I really not see like perfect idea
