According to La Nazione newspaper, Fiorentina have joined Atalanta in approaching Alino’s entourage.
It’s reported Guangzhou Evergrande are prepared to release 31-year-old Diamanti from his contract, which is worth up to €5m per year.

The Viola would certainly have the upper hand over Atalanta, as they are in the Europa League and challenging for a Serie A top three finish.
Diamanti also hails from Prato in Tuscany, so would effectively be moving back home.
He very briefly played for Florentia Viola in 2003, the club that was reborn from the ashes of bankrupt Fiorentina in Serie C2.
