The opening clash of Group J will be at the Dacia Arena in Udine on Saturday at 19.30 GMT.
Genk defender Uronen has returned home with an ankle problem, joining Roman Eremenko on the treatment table.
Instead, Coach Markku Kanerva has called in FC Honka left-back Mikko Sumusalo and KuPS right-sided winger Rasmus Karjalainen.
