The company has released figures dated up to the end of the 2013 calendar year and reveal registered losses of €15.7m for the club, whilst at the end of the financial cycle its equity has been evaluated at €361.42m.
In reaching a total valuation for the club, equity is combined with reported debt to creditors to determine an amount required to purchase it.
Milan’s registered debts of €256.32m bring the Rossoneri’s latest valuation to €617.74m.
The club have been in search of capital from foreign investors, holding apparent valuation of 30 per cent shares at €250m.
