Fiorentina‘s win over Atalanta in the last game of the Serie A campaign means La Dea have finished fourth behind Inter, Milan and Juventus.

Atalanta had a chance to end the 2023-24 campaign third, but they needed to win against Fiorentina in the last game of the campaign.

However, the Tuscans secured a 3-2 win inspired by a brace from Andrea Belotti, so Atalanta have finished the 2023-24 campaign in fourth with 69 points, two fewer than Juventus.

Thanks to the UEFA Coefficient ranking, five Serie A clubs qualified for the 2024-25 Champions League. Inter, Milan, Juventus, Atalanta, and Bologna will play in Europe’s elite competition next season. Roma and Lazio will play in the Europa League, and Fiorentina will play in the Conference League for the third season in a row.

The Tuscans finished the season with 60 points, one below Lazio, three below Roma and eight fewer than Bologna.
