Now CalcioNews24 reports that FIGC Prosecutor Stefano Palazzi will open his own investigation into the allegations, having asked the prosecutors for the records of their investigation.
If judged guilty, Catania would be likely to be demoted at least one division, as well as facing a potential points deduction for whatever league they end up in next season.
