Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero says he would accept a swap deal of Napoli’s Ivan Strinic for Vasco Regini.
The Blucherchati owner revealed today that Partenopei Coach Maurizio Sarri wants their left-back Regini, and has suggested a straight exchange.
Ferrero also revealed that a deal for Ricky Alvarez is all but complete, but ruled out a winter deal for Manolo Gabbiadini.
“Sarri really likes Regini, I would also do a trade – Strinic for Vasco,” he told Radio Crc.

“Strinic would find space at Sampdoria, I also wouldn’t mind Zuniga.
“Alvarez has done his medical and right now he’s landing in Genoa, only the official announcement is missing.
“I’d like to give Montella two more gifts, but I won’t give anything away. Gabbiadini is a great player but I don’t think he’s available in January, we could talk about it again in June.”
