Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero declares 'it breaks my heart a little’ to see Stefano Okaka join Anderlecht.

The Blucherchiati patron previously declared he ‘couldn’t wait’ for the Italian international to leave, but after his move the Belgian club was made official, he struck a different tone.

“When a lad leaves my Samp, it leaves a bitter taste,” Ferrero told the club’s official website.

“Everyone tells me ‘that’s football’, and that you have to understand the situations that it creates. But for a fan like me, full of love, it breaks my heart a little.
