Fenerbahce right-back Ferdi Kadioglu has ‘already been contacted by Napoli and Milan’ for a transfer, said the Turkey international’s father.

The 23-year-old was born and raised in Holland and played for the Netherlands at youth level before switching to Turkey in 2022.

He joined Fenerbahce from NEC Nijmegen in the summer of 2018 and his current contract runs to June 2026.

“We have already been contacted by Napoli and Milan,” Feyzullah Kadioglu told Turkish site Hurriyet.

“It is pleasing to get interest from big clubs, but our priority remains Fenerbahce. He wants to win the league here and do what is best for the club.

“If then Fenerbahce were to give us the all-clear, we would evaluate other options on the transfer market.”

Kadioglu is primarily a right-back, but can also play on the left or even in a more advanced central midfield role.

So far this season, he has contributed two assists in 20 competitive games for Fenerbahce.
