Milan have reportedly told Fenerbahce that Rade Krunic is not for sale, but are struggling to push Ante Rebic and Fode Ballo-Toure out.
According to reports in Turkey including SportsDigitale, Fenerbahce approached the Rossoneri to ask about the availability of Krunic, only to be told the midfielder is not for sale.
Having already parted with Sandro Tonali to Newcastle United, coach Stefano Pioli is not prepared to lose Krunic as well, especially with Ismael Bennacer out injured for several months.
When it comes to sales, Milan are finding it difficult to get some of the players off their books.
It was reported this week that Rebic turned down a huge offer from Saudi Arabia that would’ve been worth €10m, as he wants to remain in Europe.
Matteo Gabbia has already left the club’s USA training camp to join Villarreal on loan, but Ballo-Toure is proving tricky to place.
Sky Sport Italia claim that Fulham agreed a fee with Milan, but the full-back is rejecting that proposal and failed to work out personal terms.
He had been keen on OGC Nice, but is now leaning towards Bologna, which would only be a loan and not quite what Milan were looking for.
