Fanatik in Turkey claim that Fenerbahce have increased their Sofyan Amrabat offer, but it is still slightly below what Fiorentina want, while Manchester United remain in the running.

The midfielder turns 28 later this month and is not part of the plans at the Stadio Artemio Franchi this season.

He moved to Manchester United last summer on loan for €9m with an option to buy for a further €25m, which the Premier League side did not take up.

They were hoping to get a cheaper deal considering his contract only runs to June 2025, and the demand is believed to be around €15m.

Amrabat price has dropped

According to Turkish site Fanatik, Jose Mourinho is determined to bring the Morocco international to Fenerbahce and the offer has been raised to circa €12m.

That is not quite enough to convince the Viola, but it is a lot closer to getting a deal done.

Napoli had also been mentioned as potentially making a bid, but would need to sell Jens Cajuste first and he turned down a move to Galatasaray this week.
