FC Porto have confirmed their squad for the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 against Inter, as Evanilson, Mateus Uribe, Otavio, Galeno and Fabio Cardoso return.

It kicks off at San Siro on Wednesday at 20.00 GMT.

Porto are second in the Portuguese Liga and topped their Champions League group with 12 points ahead of Club Brugge, Bayer Leverkusen and Atletico Madrid.

Coach Sergio Conceicao, a familiar face to Serie A from his time at Parma, Lazio and Inter as a player, named the squad making the trip to Milan.

Evanilson is among the surprises, as he scored eight goals and provided nine assists this season, but has struggled with injuries since December.

It includes defender Fabio Cardoso, midfielder Otavio and Mateus Uribe, who are back after injury lay-offs.

Cardoso has barely featured since January 15, while Otavio had a muscular issue on February 1.

Mateus Uribe missed the last game against Rio Ave and Galeno is another in the squad, but still in doubt to start.

They have left behind Fernando Andrade, Wilson Manafá and Joao Marcelo.

FC Porto squad: Diogo Costa, Cláudio Ramos, Samuel Portugal; Fábio Cardoso, Pepe, David Carmo, Iván Marcano, Matheus Uribe, Mehdi Taremi, Pepê, Zaidu, Galeno, Marko Grujic, Rodrigo Conceição, Danny Namaso, André Franco, Wendell, João Mário, Otávio, Toni Martínez, Evanilson, Eustaquio, Vasco Sousa, Gonçalo Borges, Bernardo Folha
