Mohamed Fares has reportedly signed a five-year deal with Lazio.

The former SPAL midfielder started training with his new teammates yesterday and Tuttomercatoweb reveals he has penned a deal with the Aquile.

Fares, who completed a permanent move to SPAL from Hellas Verona last summer, returns to Serie A on a deal until June 2025 with the Biancocelesti.

The report claims he will earn €1.3m a season at the Olimpico and arrives on a permanent deal from the Ferrara club.

The 24-year-old has played 85 Serie A games so far in his career and left SPAL after contributing three goals and one assist in his two seasons with the Biancazzurri.
