SPAL boss Leonardo Semplici has revealed that Mohamed Fares could join Inter or Atalanta this month.
Fares helped SPAL preserve their Serie A status last season and was part of the Algeria squad who recently won the Africa Cup of Nations.
Semplici’s side have already lost Manuel Lazzari to Lazio, and the Coach admits he may be deprived of his other wingback.
“I expect to see Lazzari in the national team,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

However, the 52-year-old was more confident about bringing back Kevin Bonifazi, despite the defender only returning to Torino in June.
“I hope at least to get Bonifazi back.
“He’s someone who, in two or three years, will be fighting for the Scudetto.”
