Salernitana coach Fabrizio Castori did not speak to the media after their 4-0 defeat to Roma, as he was called away by a family emergency.
According to a club source who spoke to DAZN, Castori received news his wife Paola had fallen and hit her head.
She was taken to hospital, where her husband immediately went to be with her after the game.
The streaming service assure that it was just a precaution and Mrs Castori is doing well.

This is why the coach did not stop to give post-match interviews at the Stadio Arechi.
Salernitana were promoted from Serie B over the summer after finishing runners-up to Empoli.
They have so far lost both top flight matches, their first in Serie A for over two decades, defeated 3-2 by Bologna and 4-0 by Roma.
Castori was also the coach of the Granata last season and retained his place following their promotion to Serie A.
