Daniele Faggiano reveals Genoa players didn’t train for five days and that there are still 13 cases of Covid in the team.
"There are thirteen [cases of Covid-19], unfortunately,” Faggiano told Sky Sport ahead of the kick-off of Verona-Genoa.
“The negative swabs are the same as yesterday.

Despite testing negative, several Genoa players are still out of action as they are yet not fit to play.
"Talking about regulations before the game now is not nice,” said Faggiano.
“This list situation must be discussed, we had outgoing players and it was difficult to sell them.
“With these rules it is not easy, but it is how it is and so you have to play.
“We went to Naples to play, I'm just saying. We left Genoa at 9am."
Genoa travelled to Naples to face the Azzurri three weeks ago after that two of their players had tested positive for Covid. They lost 6-0 and in the following days they registered 20 more cases among players and staff members.
Faggiano did also discuss Lasse Schone's position as the former Ajax star has been left out of the Grifone’s Serie A list with his agent who attacked Genoa only a few days ago.
“He is a player of Genoa, he is out of the list and I do not want to answer [questions about him] as I did not answer to his agent after certain statements.”
